CloudArmee Ltd (“CloudArmee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells subscriptions and services (“Solutions”) which you may purchase through our sales channels. These Solutions are described on our website located at [https://www.cloudarmee.com/] (“Website”.)
These Terms of Use apply to the Solutions described on our Website. These Terms and Services do not apply to products or services we make available pursuant to different terms such as governed by a specific vendor agreement.
1. Information that you provide to us
You may give us information about yourself when you visit our Website . Our explains our practices with respect to that information. We may need to send you email and text messages in order to, for example, verify your identity or provide you with important information including that about your orders, quotes, and Solution delivery.

prior to the time at which you purchase the subscription, and by purchasing the subscription you are agreeing to those terms.Your cancellation rights, and the mechanism via which you may notify us of your decision to cancel, will be disclosed to you at or prior to the
time at which you purchase a subscription.
We may require that you create an account with our payment provider in order to make and pay for purchases. If we do so, you must provide accurate
information about yourself when you create an account and ensure that you update us if that information changes. You must ensure that your login details remain confidential. You are responsible for any activity, including any purchases made, under your account. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time and for any reason.
You may cancel your subscription by emailing support@cloudarmee.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access until then. No refunds are issued for partial periods. You are responsible for all usage fees (e.g., storage, compute) incurred up to and after the cancellation date that are billed to Us by the provider. .
CloudArmee does not provide refunds of any amounts paid under any agreement for any reason. Client may request that CloudArmee initiate a refund request with a resole third-party providers Any such request must be made in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the refund request. All refund determinations are made directly by third-party providers and not by CloudArmee. Initiating a refund request does not change the Due Date or payment terms of any CloudArmee invoice. All amounts invoiced t remain due and are payable in accordance with your account terms.
